Auto-compile themable CSS upon deployment?

Hi,

So currently we're building sandboxed modules that have CSS components to them. Default styling that inherits from the applied SharePoint composed look. The problem is that when deploying the module the CSS that it is packaged with needs to be compiled by the theming engine before it can be tied to a composed look. This means:

1. All site collections and team sites (that don't inherit a look) need to have the theme manually re-applied

2. We script a recursive theme re-application or create some management page that does it. This might be part of the deployment script, done on feature activation, etc.

What we would really like to be able to do is when deploying individual files into the Style Library's Themable folder is have those *individual* files re-compiled by the theming engine automatically (ideally not have to re-apply the composed look on the entire collection/site). Is there any way with SharePoint 2013 that this can be configured or at least programmatically done?

Thanks!
