Install app from visual studio 2012 - The content database on the server is temporarily unavailable.

I have installed latest updates for  Vs2012 .After restart vm, I  try to deploy my previous SharePoint hosted apps  but I am getting following issue ,

I tried iisrest, testing of availability of content database , created new web application , site collection , try to deployed in new site collection, nothing workout.

I created some new sample(Just to test) SharePoint app  and deployed this also does not work.
