How to Show all years' Request Data Item

Hi all,

I have a workflow (nintex) which request data from user every year  if current date is equal or greater than contract end date ( a field of Sharepoint list).

The problem is how to show  previous year's data, if user fill the form three times. In fact, I tried to use create item action but it didn't show properly since there are many fields in request data and many items on Sharepoint list.  Also I tried to use update item action but it only shows last year's data and  didn't show naturally previous years' data on sharepoint list. I wonder how to accomplish this step and is there any action on nintex which solves the problem?
