Hi,
I have created a Sharepoint 2013 site that uses a high trust provider hosted app to get feeds from another MySite Sharepoint site. Everything is working but the issue I have is that when I visit the site I get prompted to login 3 times, I have to login for Sharepoint site first (sharepointsite.mydomain.co.uk), then I get a login prompt for the provider hosted app site (apps.mydomain.co.uk) and then finally I get a login prompt for the MySite site (mysite.mydomain.co.uk).
I realise that if I add all three sites to the "Intranet zone" in Internet Explorer settings then I will not get any login prompts and it will use my login credentials from my domain connected PC. This is fine for on-site users but it does not resolve the issue for external users who will always be greeted with the 3 different login prompts.
Does anyone know how I can get around this issue so that I only have one login? Ideally I would like to be able to convert to forms based authentication so that users are presented with a login form when they visit the site and they just have to login using that.
Regards
Tony
