is sharepoint application pool account (user) is present in all sharepoint groups by default

Hi Team,

We have a custom web part where we check the current logged in user is present a share point group and display the data accordingly to the current user. but when a user with application pool account is logged in he is able to see all the data. here my question is the share point application pool account user present in all share point groups by default.
