HI
I have created display template for search.In the search I am calling custom rest api for some more info but the issue is that the requestexecutor .js file is not getting loaded on the page when the user is logged in as user or member but for full control it is getting loaded.
I can't understand why is it behaving weird.I have even used the html way of loading the java script which is as follows but that also is not working event the link is not getting loaded i.e. is really weird

Anyone any idea how to resolve this!
