We have created a custom master page design template for SharePoint 2013 and implemented it in the Intranet portal. The page loads fine for all the sites and sub-sites, however when we implemented the same design on the MySite portal it does not load cleanly, first it tries to load the original template and then it loads the custom template. Ultimately it does load the custom design template (maybe 2 - 3 seconds), however the process is not smooth, one can see briefly the original template banner on the top while loading and the page flickers up and down before it loads. Any suggestion on how to address the issue?
