Package file of a sp-project dissapears when i "gel latest version"

Hi

I'm working on a sp2013 project with VS2012 with TFS.

When i check-in the project and any other user gets latest version, he doesn't receive the package.package file.

if i get specific version with overwrite opton, and then include the file in the project, then it works.

Why does it exclude the package file on check-in ?
