make custom webpart as a feature.

Hi,

I have developed a feature that on its activiation creates a webpart page that include default custom webpart inside and it works just greate.

the strange think is that I can not see my featue in the site features list, it is not listed !! I want end users to activate the feature manually, so how can I make creating webpart as a feature.
