ECB is missing from imported lists

Hi,

I use Access 2007 to export a table to a SharePoint list. None of the columns in newly created list shows ECB (Edit Control Block). Therefore, none of the list items is editable.

The problem can be easily reproduced by exporting the Northwind->Customer to a SharePoint list.

How can I add ECB to one of the imported list’s columns?
