Sharepoint 2013 Office 365 Calendor New Event From Code

I want to add New event on office 365 calender. which will send meeting request to attendees.

I m not talking about sharepoint Calendar List.

I want calendar using bye sharepoint office 365.

I want add that event from any designer workflow or Sandbox Code C#.
