Phone Format in Column

Hi,

I created SharePoint List, Columns and Content Type in VS 2012. I want to set the format of phone column in the list like "0xxxxxxx".

if I have a column whose datatype is number then the column is seen like  "x,xxx,xxx"

How do I make it?
