Unable to activate custom feature after deploying sandbox solution on Sharepoint Online Public website

Hi,

I have deployed a sandbox solution on SharePoint Online 2013 public website, However I am unable to find the "Manage site feature" option for the activating my custom features available through sandbox solution.

Can anybody help me ?
