Unable to create Navigation for my publishing site based on the Wiki Categories column

1. Term Store hierarchy.
2. I link the “Wiki Categories” column to use a term set.
3. Then I create a new navigation based on the term set.
4. But now if users click on term in the navigation links the following problems will occur:-
   1. The following error will be displayed “The page you are looking for does not exists”;  instead of displaying all the pages that are associated with this term.
   2. The left navigation will only display 2-level hierarchy , while the upper navigation will have all levels
   3. I am unable to know how I can add filter and key filter in SP 2013.

Any idea of what is the problem?
