I am new to sharepoint . i want to know the step by step procedure to convert a sharepoint 2010 application to 2013.(means a 2010 visualstudio webpart or event receiver to 2012 visual studio) ,( Sharepoint configurations -lists,libraries,sitecollections),(database migration)
In simple, what are all the changes i have to do in the context of
1.Visual studio
2.Sharepoint
3.Database
for migration from 2010 to 2013 sharepoint.
