sharepoint 2013 foundation version features

I have the following doubts in the foundation server of sharepoint-2013

1. Whether Data form web parts And XSLT list view web parts are supported in all aspects?

2. Content Editor-web part is supported or not?

3.Client Side Rendering Is supported or not?

4. App for SharePoint 2013 is supported or not in visual studio(for all Apps n App Parts)?

5. whether share point designer in all aspects?

Please let me know whether there are some limitations on the above mentioned concepts.
