Office365 SharePoint online publish a document to someones mysite

Hi,

I got a question about permissions and publishing files to someone else his/her mysite.

I want to publish a document to someone's my site in SharePoint Online.

Is this possible with code?

If so please give me some pseudo code to check if it is working.
