Could some one please advice if there is a way to bulk update Disposition tasks that get generated when disposition workflow starts programmaticaly
I have already checked on the following options:
1] In 2007 there used to be way to bulk update Disposition tasks, this is not available in 2010, out of the box but we could construct URL to do similar updates.
Disadvantage: This approach banks on views and views will need to be created for each set of items to be disposed.
2] In 2013 : We don't the similar option to multiple select the disposition tasks (as in 2007) and the file for bulk update (which exisited in 2010) is now removed.
Question: If I create a custom routine to do a bulk update of disposition tasks, how it needs to be done. I dont see any extended workflow properties which sets the value to delete or leave the item.
Any suggestions welcome.
