reduce size of Upload.aspx page in document library

Hi All

I have a document library in MS 2010, when i click Add new document link it opens Upload.aspx by default and it is opening in full mode or very big width which is not even fitting in my window i need to use scroll bars in order to upload a document.

Is their any way to set it to small size or reduce width without customizing the page.
