I'm trying to deploy an application to IIS that uses the sharepoint Client Object Model API to communication with Skydrive Pro. The sharepoint functionality of my application fails because it can't access MSOIDCLI.DLL, which is included as a reference and in the deployment. I can get the application working if the IIS user is a system administrator, but would like to avoid doing so.
Is there a way to deploy a .NET application using the Sharepoint COM API without having the IIS user be an administrator?
