Unable to create a site using custom template in sharepoint foundation?

Hi,

I have SharePoint Foundation 2013 version.

I have a site and wanted to reuse it thats why I created template of the same site.

But when I tried to create a new sub site in another site in same site collection it gave me following exception :

The content type name '$Resources:ReportServerResources,DataSourceContentTypeName;' cannot contain: \  / : * ? " # % < > { } | ~ & , two consecutive periods (..), or special characters such as a tab.

Please help me to get rid of the above issue.

I have found a posts over the web but still the thing is not clear to me.
