Get items from all Task List in the Sharepoint Farm.

Hi,

I have a client requirement it goes something like below.

We have a sharepoint farm setup with many Web Applications and Site collections and subsites respectively. My requirement is i would like to see Task List items from all the above Web Applications and Site collections and subsites (i.e the entire Farm) assigned to me. The fields within the Task List will be common across everywhere.

Let me know the best method using which this task can be accomplished.
