Code blocks are not allowed in this file.

I am getting the error.

I have tried :

<PageParserPath VirtualPath="/*" CompilationMode="Always" AllowServerSideScript="true" IncludeSubFolders="true"/> in the web.config file.

After putting the above code, I am only getting errors occasionally. If I refresh the page few times, it works.

Can anyone please help me to remove the error completely ?
