SharePoint 2013: SharePoint Web Services not accessible

Hi,

We are not able to access SharePoint 2013 Web Service.

Getting following error

http://localhost:32843/

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503: The Service is unavailable

Web app pool is running

Please help us
