Send a Daily Email with Item Links Based on Condition in Item Field

Hello All,

I am trying to create a workflow that sends a daily alert with links to only items in a list that need to be updated in SharePoint 2013.

Ideally, the workflow would scan a list for items that meet the condition of a date field being exceeded (e.g. Today is 8/12/13, but the item needed to be updated by 8/11/13) and send ONLY links to the items that meet that criteria.

Is this possible using SPD2013, or do I need to use Visual Studio or some other dev tool?

Please advise.
