SPSiteDataQuery or CrossListQueryInfo - query with date time field error

Hi,

When i use SPSiteDataQuery or CrossListQueryInfo, I provided the query field other than datetime fields its working like a charm.

but when i provide the Date time field as query in where it throws me an error "The property Query contains an invalid value"

I tested the query no issue in that.

Any help please
