Sharepoint 2007: Shared Memory Provider: No Process is on the other end of the pipe. on my Custom Webpart that Connects on a SQL Database, I'm using Form Based Authenticaton.

Hi Everyone

When i'm using windows authentication, the custom webpart that connects on SQL is working and fully function, but when i'm accessing the website using Form based Authentication and check the sub-site where the custom webpart is, i'm getting the error "Shared Memory Provider: No Process is on the other end of the pipe", can anyone help me about this problem?
