HI all - I see this is a fairly common issue but mine may be more complicated:
I have two Page libraries in a Publishing site: Draft and Approved. This is to ensure editors only view Approved documents in search results, etc. since SP always provides editors the draft version first.
So, upon approval, pages are copied to the Approved library. The challenge with this becomes any images or file attachments need to follow the same structure, which over-complicates the approval process and breaks the link to the attached file.
Thoughts on how to improve this? Case of virtual beer to the best/easiest answer!
