Customization of Sharepoint Login Page 2013 Using Rest (Windows Authentication)

I want a code for creating a custom login page and deploying it on sharepoint 2013 using rest services.Main Concern is deploying it using rest.Can u please tell me the steps for doing it i need it urgently for a client requirement.
