404 Error after site collection creation

Hey, I hope I can find answer in this forum. I tried ask stackexchange forum same question but I did get any answer.

I have create my own solution and I manage to deploy it in server. But when I create new site collection, I get 404 Error message. "The webpage cannot be found". I can create team site and I can access it. So, problem must be in this project.

I'm not sure what I do wrong so, can anyone please help me? I have been stuck 3 days now..

Project is very small, contains only webtemplate, masterpage and page.
