Many to Many Relationships with SharePoint Lists in VS 2013

Hi all,

I have  question about Many to Many Relationships with SharePoint Lists in VS 2013.

I created 3 Lists:
Example:

ListA -- ListA_to_ListB -- ListB

In ListA_to_ListB-List I have 2 Lookup column, the first Lookup colum is for ListA and the second Lookup column is for the ListB.

I add new Items to the ListA and ListB, and when I click on ListA_to_ListB I must manuallycreate the Item.

is there a way to automate  this?

Or is there a better way ? or other Solution ?
