I have created a data connection library and I exported an ODC connection from Excel and uploaded the connection to the library.
I ensured that Always use connection file is ticked and I enabled background refresh and refresh every minutes. I then published the spreadsheet to a seperate document library.
Both libraries were added as Trusted File locations and I ensured that Children Trusted and Trusted data connection libraries and embedded were also checked in the Allow external data section.
However every time I attempt to refresh the file, I receive an error message stating that the Data Connection file... used in the workbook is not in a trusted location. The following connections failed to refresh....
I have adjusted the Trusted File Locations numerous times, recreated the libraries and trusted file locations, exported the connection and uploaded without success.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
