Why "Welcome Box" always show user "LoginName" instead "Display Name" when I login with my custom trusted identity provider?

Hi,

we created a custom STS with a claims provider, it work fine in SharePoint 2010 but now I test it with SharePoint 2013. the problem is that after we sign-in with STS the welcome box link does not show the user's "display name" and it always shows"login name' such as "0ǵ.t|ourauth|c5otzgnig0bpukcapr6y"!

We dump SPUser and make sure the SPUser.name is correct even after system reboot but still the "welcome box" display "LoginName" instead "Display Name".

Any idea and help will be appreciate for me.

Our test platform is:
SharePoint Foundation 2013 (Standalone) - Setup Version: 15.0.4420.1017
Windows 2012 server
