RequiredFieldValidator in Sandboxed

Hi

Is it possible to use asp:RequiredFieldValidator inside sandboxed webpart? I'm using Power Tools to add a sandboxed visual web part then when I use asp:RequiredFieldValidator in the user control the Submit button cause a postback and ignore all the validators.
I tried with and without ValidationGroup and it never work.

I am too late but i will never give up
