Rendering Template in the Custom FieldType

Hi All,

Iam migrating a project to Sharepoint 2013 version. In my application I have 2 custom field type with custom control.The Rendering Template is reffered from the Custom Field Control ascx using TemplateContainer.FindControl() method. But Iam not able to get the Template Container and the controls inside the Rendering Template. The Default name given in code Behind is exactly same.

Any suggest? Its an urgent delivery project. So any help will be really helpful...
