open Link in New tab

Dear all

I have few link in my web page.all the links are  opening in a new window in IE.

Where as links in  same webpgae are opening in new tab in same window.

all the IE settings seems to be same in both machines.

I have used code as below

<a target="_blank"

<a target="_new"

I have to open all the links in new tab In IE
