Can I use REST to copy files from on library in a HNSC to another library in a different HNSC (or even different Tenants)

Hi

I am building a SharePoint hosted app which uses a REST Call to get file details of a file held in a host web library. Ok if want to copy that file to another a library held in another HNSC. Surely this is possible subject to the app manifest permission set to   tenant .
