A basic sp-hosted app chrome control css problem

Hi,

I configured my app domain and tried to do an example app.

But when I deploy my app, I see all the links, texts but not in the proper shape like this :

I read a few blogs about IE=7 compatibility problems. My master page is already at IE=8. 

What might be the problem ?
