how to download one File from SharePoint 2013

Hi all:

I have one issue to download one file from SharePoint 2013 Document library. The site is using Https protocol. I can open this Excel file in browser to read/edit, but I need to download the file one BI report. Then I can't download this file

1. with SSIS package File System task

2 with .NET coding by using WebClient class

3 With SharePoint Client Object Model.

Please help me on this issue. thanks!
