Can't install OfficeToolsforVS2012RTW

I tried to upgrade from the Preview 2 of the Office Developer Tools to the RTW and instead of working it corrupted the whole installation. 

I've now uninstalled Preview 2 and tried to install the RTW again, but it fails on the step "Installing SharePoint Client Components". The relevant lines in the log:
