Has anyone found a workable solution on how to integrate Ajax Control Tookit with SharePoint 2013?

I have been trying for last couple of days to integrate Ajax Control Tookit in SharePoint 2013. But, the way I was able to get it work in SP 2010, doesn't work with SP 2013. I tried 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 version of Ajax Control Toolkit. So far, not a single version seems to work with SP 2013.
